Welcome to PEDE Bros, Inc.
Pede Brothers Italian Specialty Foods, Inc. is a family owned and operated business. Our family-run business carries on a tradition that began in Rome, Italy, when as a teenager, owner, Romolo Pede Sr. first learned to make fresh pasta. Soon after immigrating to America, Romolo and his brother Sante established Pede Brothers Italian Specialty Foods. Today, brothers, Romolo Pede Jr. and David continue their father’s tradition of pasta making. Pede Brothers, Inc. has been fortunate to provide loyal customers with Pede Brothers’ pasta products for more than forty years. Look for our red, white and green packages to take home and enjoy a piece of the Pede family tradition.

OUR COMPANY
In 1967, Romolo Pede and his brother, Sante established Pede Brothers Italian Specialty Foods in Rotterdam, New York. Together, they started the Pede family tradition of using the finest ingredients to make our specialty products. -
OUR PRODUCTS
Each day thousands of pounds of Ravioli (Beef/Cheese), Lasagna Sheets, Manicotti, Gnocchi, Cavatelli, Tortellini, Stuffed Shells and Rigatoni are produced in our 32,000 square feet facility.
